The Council is a private five-month circle for accomplished women navigating meaningful leadership, growth, and change. A place for thoughtful conversation, honest reflection, and the kind of perspective that sharpens how you think and lead.
Each cohort is intentionally curated — small, confidential, and formed based on alignment, readiness, and group composition. The women in the room have been selected because of what they bring to it, not simply because they applied.
The Council is not a course. There is no curriculum. The work is the conversation — and what becomes possible when accomplished women can think clearly, strengthen self-trust, and grow alongside peers who genuinely understand the stakes of leading at this level.

Each Council is curated based on alignment, readiness, and what the composition of the group makes possible. Membership is by selection, not application alone.
